Y Series Low Voltage High Power AC Induction Motor
The squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous low-voltage high-power motor is a new product of LUPMOTORS. It has exquisite manufacturing technology. It is suitable for relatively clean workplaces without flammable and explosive substances due to its high efficiency and energy saving, reliable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance. The installation size and power level fully comply with IEC standards. The enclosure protection level of this model is IP23, which can prevent small solid foreign objects with a diameter greater than 12 mm from entering the body, and can also prevent water dripping into the motor at an angle of 60 degrees or less than 60 degrees along the vertical line, making the operation safer and more reliable. The motor base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron, the stator adopts an external pressure-mounted structure, and the center height is 355 to 450 mm. The stator winding adopts flat copper formed hard winding or round copper wire scattered soft winding, and adopts Class B or Class F insulation materials. The winding end is fixed with a special binding process, which is firm and reliable.
Squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous low voltage high power motor can be used for various general purpose machinery, such as ball mill, fan, compressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine tool, transportation machinery and other original motors. In addition, it can also be used to drive large moment of inertia fan, coal mill, rolling mill, hoist, electric shovel and other machinery.

- Altitude not exceeding 1000m
- The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C; the minimum ambient air temperature shall be -15°C for motors with rolling bearings and 5°C for motors with sliding bearings;
- The power frequency is 50Hz±l%
- The operating voltage variation range is not greater than the rated voltage ±5%
- The motor is rated for continuous duty S1
