TEAAC IC611 Squirrel Cage Low & Middle High Voltage Motor
TEAAC (YKK) squirrel cage rotor three-phase asynchronous motor, the protection level of this series of motors is IP44 or IP54, the cooling method is IC611, the insulation level is F, and the rated voltage is 11KV.
This series of motors are suitable for driving various machines without special requirements, such as machine tools, compressors, water pumps, ventilators, conveyor belts, crushers, etc., and can be used as prime movers in the machinery industry, petroleum industry, power generation industry and various industrial and mining enterprises.

Basic conditions for normal operation of large horizontal TEAAC IC611 Squirrel Cage Low & Middle High Voltage AC Motor:
- Altitude not exceeding 1000m
- The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40°C; the minimum ambient air temperature shall be -15°C for motors with rolling bearings and 5°C for motors with sliding bearings;
- The power frequency is 50Hz±l%
- The operating voltage variation range is not greater than the rated voltage ±5%
- The motor is rated for continuous duty S1

Main technical indicators of the high voltage asynchronous motor
a) Efficiency η: The ratio of the motor’s output mechanical power to its input electrical power, usually expressed as a percentage.
b) Power factor COSφ: The ratio of the motor’s input effective power to its apparent power.
c) Locked-rotor current IA: The effective value of the steady-state current input from the power supply circuit when the motor is at rated voltage, rated frequency and the rotor is blocked.
d) Locked-rotor torque TK: The minimum measured value of the torque generated by the motor at rated voltage, rated frequency and when the rotor is blocked.
e) Maximum torque TMAX: The maximum torque generated by the motor when the speed does not drop suddenly at rated voltage, rated frequency and operating temperature.

1. Optimized electromagnetic design
This series of motors uses the finite element method to analyze electromagnetic performance, heat generation, mechanical stress and deformation, and performs electromagnetic optimization design. The efficiency of this series of motors reduces the loss by 20% based on the efficiency of B/T10446 and GB/T13957. The efficiency is set to the level 2 energy efficiency requirements of GB30254-2013.
